With so many different colon cleansing products on the market with a HUGE difference in price ($9.00 up to $300.00) how does one go about picking one? I want one that works, but I’d rather not pay $300.00. I’ve read tons on the internet so now I’d like to know YOUR personal experiences with specific products. Which have you used, which do you like, which don’t you like and why. Please only those who have done a cleansing answer. Thanks!

Can anyone give advise on parasites that people can get? Have you ever used one of those colon cleanses that are either advertised on t.v. or sold in health and vitamin stores? Would you advise being tested for parasites by a doctor and then using a medication or are the herbal remedies just as effective? I have had a lot of strange but subtle health issues lately and the doctor can find nothing wrong with me. I am just wondering if there is anything to this colon cleansing stuff and if it is worth doing.

My boyfriend and I are considering colon cleanses even though we know they may not be the best for us. My boyfriend is a pooping and farting machine and myself, I’m lucky to poop once a day every day. How do we decide which road to take?

I just read this book and in it, the guy suggests going to a doctor to get a colon cleansing to help jumpstart your metabolism. Is it dangerous? Does it work? Does it make you feel better? How do they do it? Does it hurt?
